One bot for chat, moderation and your stream. It answers viewers with the AI you choose, moderates with real chat context, runs your stream from plain English, and keeps spoilers out of blind playthroughs. Works on Twitch, YouTube and Kick.
Click the bar below to copy the Streamer.bot import string to your clipboard.
You need Streamer.bot with your Twitch, YouTube or Kick account connected, the import string from this page, and an API key from an AI provider (or a local model). Everything runs on your own PC. Your keys and settings stay in Streamer.bot and are never put in the import string.
Viewers talk to the bot by @mentioning its name, with your optional command (like !ask), or with a channel point reward. These commands control the AI side. Every !ai command also works as an @mention, for example @BotName cooldown 10 30.
You never need !mod: everything also works by @mentioning the bot in plain English. You can always run every command. Mods and VIPs only get the groups you tick on the Access page (raids, ads and scenes are broadcaster-only by default).
The bot is free, and so is Streamer.bot. The AI calls come from your own provider account. Groq, Gemini and OpenRouter's free models cost nothing, and a local model through Ollama or LM Studio is free and private. Paid models like gpt-6-luna, claude-haiku-5-5 or gemini-3.8-flash cost very little for chat-length replies.
No, but it helps. The local filters work without any key. The AI judge, which checks gray-zone messages against the recent chat, and AI-checked spoilers need a provider. The judge can share the chat provider and key. Without one, only explicit spoilers are caught, and the bot never bans on patterns alone.
Yes. One action handles all three; just add each platform's Chat Message trigger.
It is built so that a wrongful ban is worse than missed spam. Patterns alone never ban anyone. Gray-zone messages go to the AI judge with recent chat, the viewer's trust and their strike history. Questions and hype are discounted, and mods, VIPs and your whitelist can be exempt. Start in dry run for a week to see what it would do.
Check these in order:
Make sure the Chat Message trigger is on the action and you saved a key in !aisetup. By default, only mods, VIPs and subs may ask; allow Followers or Everyone on the Replies page. Cooldowns may also be holding it back (broadcaster and mods skip them). Any provider error, like an invalid key or no credits, is written to the Streamer.bot log.
A leftover Send Message sub-action is firing. The bot posts its own replies, so delete that sub-action. If you prefer to send %aiResponse% yourself, turn off "Send replies to chat automatically" on the Replies page and run your Send Message only when the C# sub-action succeeds.
The saved model id is out of date. Click Load models to get the live list from your provider, pick a current model, test it, and save.
It reads your title and tags for Blind, First Playthrough, 1st Playthrough, No Spoilers or First time playing. You can also force it with !mod spoilers on, or turn it off. Add the Stream Update (Twitch) or Channel Update (Kick) trigger so it notices changes mid-stream. The third spoiler from the same viewer in one stream goes to the normal punishment ladder.
Yes. Keys are only entered in the setup window and stored as Streamer.bot global variables, never in the script or the import string, and they can't be set from chat. Exporting the action is safe to share. Viewer memory is saved locally in Streamer.bot/data/SmartAiMemory.json and dropped after 30 days of silence.
No. Settings, keys, strikes and viewer memory live outside the action. Import the new version, keep only one copy of the action enabled, and everything carries over. The New update button in !aisetup tells you when a new version is out.
